"My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."

"We have never had a better experience with a contractor, as long as we can remember. In contrast to the other contractors that just eyeballed our brick chimney that was full of exterior cracks before giving us an estimate, Nick actually climbed a 24 foot ladder that he had brought a long to exam the chimney carefully. On the roof and examined the vents, and then gave us a detailed report , He quoted us a price to fix the chimney which included items that he thought necessary to do a good job. He did everything that he promised and more. He was extremely personable and wanted us to be satisfied with the job. With all the extra work that he did, his price was still below the other contractors. From what we observed, he could not leave a job that was substandard. As his company does other types of work, in the future, we will not hesitate to engage him to do whatever work that needs to be done on our property."
