They wanted to charge me an additional $134 which is an increase of 40% over what I was quoted and prepaid for - and paid twice in the past! If there was an issue in price with the size of my house, I surely should have been warned at my last cleaning in the spring. And the company should have never renewed my contract at the same rate. In speaking with the supervisor, they agreed that I was not wrong, that they should have told me about the increase in price after my last cleaning, and should not have renewed my contract at the same price. However, even in admitting that they were at fault, they would not honor the contract that I prepaid for. I have since gotten 2 in person quotes from 2 reputable llc gutter cleaning companies, both of which quoted me the same price I was previously paying Ned Stevens. Terrible customer service, price gauging loyal customers, terrible company. Stay far, far away

I finally found a gutter cleaning company that does an awesome job. Very professional and polite crew members. They cleaned all the leaves out of our gutters and then took a hose and ran water into downspouts. Highly recommend and I even made an appointment for spring cleaning in March.

The workers did a great job, cleaning the gutters by hand then hosing them clean. Cleaned up the yard after. They even replaced a 1'-2' section of downspout for free that had been damaged by our lawn mower hitting it over the years, without me even asking them to do it. I will use them again.
