"George agreed to do my job, which was small, so that was a blessing since most contractors are not interested in small jobs. His guy did a great job replacing 2 damaged gutters. However, a longer **drip shield** was needed, which was not mentioned or installed. George states this is not part of the gutter, so they created a solution. He offered to come back and fix the problem (for free), but it has been 3 months and I have still got brand new leaky gutters."

We had called several companies hoping to get someone out, and he was one of the few who was willing to come out and actually perform the work, rather than just come for an estimate only.  Furthermore, he was prompt in returning our initial phone call, and called us again before he planned to arrive at the house.
The crew was quick, efficient and I believe we were given a very fair price for the amount of windows- cleaned inside and out on a three story home.
