"We had a 30+ year old R22 compressor give out, and need to have it (and the entire AC system upstairs) replaced with a newer system. The team from Advanced Mechanical Services was fantastic. The estimate was done the next day after my initial call, and the job was quickly scheduled & finished in less than two days. The team left a perfectly clean yard (had to work from the outside as well due to the narrow access to our attic from indoors) and driveway, the interior was of the home spotless afterwards, and the work was well done and very professional. Plus they were extremely friendly and took the time to answer all my questions and address any potential concerns that I had - and not knowing a thing about HVAC systems I had quite a few questions! A big 'thank you' to doing this so quickly, and right before the start of the summer season and the high temperatures!"

"I wanted to clean a second floor dryer vent hose that was loaded solid with lint. It was worse than I thought! Packed solid! It became evident that this was a messy and dangerous situation as it was a fire hazard. Through Angi I found Everclean and the co. was a perfect fit. HVAC companies don’t do dryer vents. Justin from Everclean was awesome and got the problem straightened out. He even discovered the dryer vent had become disconnected from outside dryer vent door! I can’t fit through the narrow attic hatchway as my shoulders are a bit too wide, so I depended on Justin. Finally, everything is buttoned up, and our clothes now dry in half the time. Cost was moderate and was money well invested. Dryer vent fire danger is now negligible compared to before. Along with neighbor hatred danger. I would hire Everclean again if needed again."

"I turned to finding a dryer vent contractor on this website when I was unsuccessful in finding one through Google. Either the company didn t call back or didn t show up. My current HVAC contractor stopped cleaning dryer vents. When I began the search, it was very late at night. Y&M Airduct Service phoned me the very next morning. They were rated very well and see why. They are honest and explain everything in detail. There were a few things I knew that needed to be addressed, such as the attachment to the hose behind the dryer and the vent that had been broken to the outside of the house. "I waited so long to submit this review because I wanted to see if we really were going to save any money. Our summer electric bills have dropped to a third of what they were last year. We may never fully recover the full replacement cost but getting a PECO bill for $175.00 versus $576.00 (August) is great and that is a positive for the enviornment!
I no longerhave all the specs on the old oil burner but with the new system (3 zones vs. 2) we are using 50% less fuel oil. I can't track the savings due to warmer temperatures but the new unit runs a lot less than the old Columbia.
