My backyard looked like a pond, and water was rising all the way to the back of my house. "We hired Bath Planet of CT for a bathroom remodel. For $25k (for a small bathroom 5.5? x 7.5?) we got nothing but disaster. I should have put a stop to it all during demo when they ruined every wall surrounding and the ceiling below (all of which were brand new due to water damage). But it they promised to fix it. The company has a license but the crews do not. There are no qualified plumbers yet they mess around with plumbing. And they destroyed it. They stuck an unsealed flange REPAIR KIT without a wax ring into our sewage pipe (that they bent when cutting). Our home has smelled like sewage and the company refused to take onus and repair it! It has been horrible living like this and has been dangerous to my family?s health and our home.After going back and forth for months, we finally had to hire a plumber and he unearthed the disaster underneath the toilet. He said he has never seen anything so horrible in his 27 years being a plumber. Next are the walls and ceiling, on OUR dime?! "
