"I hire Mauricio to remove about 50 bags of leafs from my property. After doing the work it turned out to be 110 bags of leaves. Mauricio never complained or charge me extra from the original price negotiated. Mauricio also made great suggestion and was able to re-do my interior courtyard at a great price.
