I called Vinny on a Friday morning and he was able to come by the house that afternoon to see the space and take measurements for the work.  He called me the following Monday to provide an estimate.  He was able to start the work the following Monday and finished by Wednesday at noon.  Our experience has been amazing and would definitely use Vinny Massaro again to do work in our house.  He was prompt, professional, responsive and the workmanship was great. We also feel that the price was fair.  We would recommend him to anyone who needs tiling done in their house. We will be calling Vinny again for future work in our house.

"I closed on a house that had wall-to-wall carpet in most of the rooms a week before going on vacation. I contacted Five Star and Ricardo responded right away, we scheduled for him to come see the job that needed to be done (he was very punctual), and did the work while I was away and the house was still empty. I had 2 other estimates and his price was the most reasonable. Since the house was empty and some of the work had to be done at night there were some minor issues such as a few staples (literally about 5) that were not fully removed and a spot that was missed due to lack of adequate lighting. Ricardo showed up to take care of those issues himself. Ricardo was alway courteous and professional."

"The plaster walls and ceilings in our home looked as though they applied with a mop.  There were significant cracks and a lot of texture.  In order to smooth the walls, we asked Gilson to skim coat until smooth and then paint. 
In summary, Gilson is a professional, meticulous and trustworthy.  He showed up when he said he would, worked hard and did an an incredible job. 
I knew this was going to be a long and diffuclt job due to the amount of skim coating and painting.  Gilson took it on and did it right.  Not only was the finished work better than we had expected, he cleaned up every day before he left and helped move furniture room to room so that it wouldn't get dirty.
Towards the end of the project, we had to leave for vacation for a week.  We left a key for him and when we came home, the house was spotless.
