I woke up with half of my house having low or no power. When the electric utility company showed up and removed the meter from my meter box, they found a broken lead connection. So now I had no power, and they could not reconnect me until I got an electrician to repair or replace the box. Since the house is 35 years old and boxes have changed, there was no guarantee it could just be repaired.
After calling several places and only able to leave a message, Robin Brundage Electric had a contact number for Robin. He talked to me, understood the situation, went to his office to find what possible parts could fix my problem, and came right over. He was able to repair my existing box well before the utility came back to restore power to my leads.
Besides being very responsive, I found him easy to talk to. He explained and showed my the work he did, and was very professional.
