He and his crew are respectful and courteous. He did have sheathing work no one knew was there until the old roof came off, but I was charged for re-sheathing as per contract and as far as I am concerned he was more than fair about it. Even some repair work we discussed with the estimate was done to a standard better than I thought we agreed to. I highly recommend him."
