He was always on time for our appointments and was always prepared. I think he was great at finding pieces that both appealed to what my husband and I both liked. I'm sure this isn't an easy task. He was filled with lots of great advice and we trusted him when he said 'If you don't love it now, you won't like it later. Let's keep looking.' We would have been lost without him. We have some beautiful spaces in our new home thanks to his hard work and keen eye. I can't recommend him enough. He also is talented in the lighting / audio space as well as it was his suggestion we add several more ceiling lights to the dark living room. Wow, what a difference. He respected our budget as well and never pushed us. I'm thankful for the experience and have received so many compliments on our new home."

"We had an old deck that needed to be replaced.  When the old deck came down we had to do some grading of the soil.  Jim worked with us to schedule himself and the tractor work to make this happen.  The new deck exceeds our expectations.  Jim has great attention to detail and made sure that every part of the deck looked correct and pleasing to the eye.  We added string lights and outdoor lights to the project and he was happy to add that as well.  It is very hard to find people who are excited about your project and take ownership of it.  We found that in Jim and his team!  We are SUPER happy and would reccommend Jim to anyone.

"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."
