Upon starting the project it became clear that the previous owners way overbuilt the hearth and butchered our chimney. Oliver discovered that the boiler flue was compromised and fumes were entering the wood stove flue and living room. Instead of opting for a "quick fix", Oliver pointed out the situation and did everything in his power to fix it. The problem is now resolved and we have a beautifully painted living room with new moldings. Oliver also recommended that we swap our outlets out for childproof ones as we have little ones at home and changed out the baseboard radiator.
