"From beginning to end the project couldn’t have gone any better. In deterring the scope of the project, they listened to all our concerns, and devised a comprehensive plan to meet all our needs, not just simply an insulation replacement. The actual work crew was very friendly and respectful of our house and property. We alway got notice when they would arrive and were always on time. They kept us informed every step of the way with pictures of their progress. They let us know early on of one potential electrical issue with recessed lighting and worked closely with our electrician a couple days later to resolve the issue prior to actual blowing in of the insulation. "He was on time, arrived at 9am as quoted and began to install the system. The system required two suction points and a sump pit cover. The sump pit originally had a pedestal pump in place and none of the other radon companies would change the pedestal pump to a submersible pump as required for the mitigation system to function properly. Rhino Radon not only changed the pump but installed a back flow check valve to ensure proper functioning of the system. All of the other companies said we would have to employ a plumber or a handy man to get this done. Had we gone that route the closing would not have happened. Rhino Radon gladly did all the work required and didn't even break for lunch!!! He was more concerned with getting us out of the vacant house seeing we are already down the cape. The system that involved a crawl space and being vented through the garage roof was completed immaculately and the test results came back at 0.5 pCil/L. "What a surprisingly wonderful experience we had with BioClean. I was able to schedule a same day appointment, and Brian and Dennis showed up exactly on time. Both men are absolute professionals, and are extremely honest! Within minutes of entering the home, they measured the air for particulates, and said that it wasn't a high reading at all. They proceeded to test around our home, and also up in the attic where the air handler is. The thought to look in places we never would have thought to look, but they said everything was actually in good condition. We did figure out that there is moisture in the basement coming from what may be a leaky toilet on the main floor - which we never would have known. The took their time, were very thorough, and made no money from us (with the free estimate coupon they posted here on Angie's List). They could have told us anything, and we would have believed it (and probably paid through the nose). But - these guys truly are wonderful, honest, and professional. If we have more work to do after the plumber comes to fix the leak, we will DEFINITELY call them to do the work. On a scale of 1 to 10, they are a 43."
