"HPI would like to address the review left by Michael R. This Inspection was conducted in the same careful, professional manner as all Inspections. The client is given the opportunity to ask questions before arriving for the Home Inspection, during the Inspection and at the end of the Inspection. The client is also asked to call with any questions after receiving and reviewing the written report, which is delivered within 24 hours after completing the Inspection. The client is also advised to call at any time in the future with questions. At no time did this client communicate to HPI any concerns or questions. It was not until more than 2 months after the Inspection when he posted his review that HPI was made aware that he was not satisfied with his experience. As a last comment, HPI would just like to say to any future clients, please feel free to ask questions or make comments at any time. This two-way communication between the client and inspector is the only way to make sure you are getting the full benefit of Your Home Inspection."
