"I cannot say enough good things about this company. I've done a lot of work in my house, and this is the best vendor I have worked with. I went into the shop to look at some samples, and I didn't find exactly what I wanted. I emailed a picture from online to Ken, who brought similar samples out to my house. I was able to find exactly what I wanted. The product is LVT.. luxury vinyl tile, and it is superb. Everyone thinks it's real ceramic tile. I've had it for 9 months now, in a very high traffic area and it looks as good as it did on day one. The installation was impeccable. Eddie did a fantastic job. I'm amazed at the detail and the precision in places like corners and around molding. He even did some extras without charging, like putting up molding in the bathroom. What an awesome team this is!!!"

It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! We will absolutely be calling Empire again when we need other carpeting or flooring!"
