A1 Roof Cleaning

Great job. I thought I needed to replace my deck--the wood looked moldy and pitted. But, after Nathan finished, it looked fantastic. A coat of stain should be all I need now. Before washing the roof, Nathan took photos of it and alerted me to potential issues I might see in a few years--he's not selling roofing replacement so this was strictly a friendly heads up. I hired A1 because they perform low power roof washing, which avoids any potential damage to the tiles. I would recommend A1 without any hesitation.

Mr. Coder did a great job. He was responsive, professional, efficient. He took care to protect my deck with tarps, and left the job site tidy. I appreciate that he uses a relatively low pressure process that will not damage the asphalt shingles. I was very happy with his work.

Nathan's work is outstanding: he is very courteous, extremely diligent, and provided in-depth details on of how he performs his services. Highly recommended for proper roof and gutter cleaning and would definitely hire again in the future.

Front north-facing roof had significant moss and algae. Nate quickly came to provide a quote and then came by a few weeks later to clean the roof. Did a great job - roof looks like a new roof. Wold recommend and hire again.

I wish I had taken a "before" picture of how awful our roof looked to compare how GREAT it looks now after Nate spent the day working hard! There is no comparison! Our roof now looks like my neighbor's new roof that was installed last week. The ugly green stains on the vinyl siding are also gone and our deck/stairs are spotless! I found Nate on Angie's list, sent a request for a quote via Angie's List and he quickly called to set up a time to give us an estimate. We liked his explanation of what he would do and he patiently answered all our questions. Very conscientious and hard working and he took great pride in his work! We would hire him again and strongly recommend him to anyone who needs their roof cleaned.

Nate did great work. Due to rain, we needed to reschedule twice, but once we got a dry day he showed up on time, worked hard and got the job done, leaving a beautifully clean roof. He answered all my questions and was personable, polite and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his service to others.

Nate was very responsive and returned my phone calls the same day. He came out to do an estimate and gave me two price options...full clean-up or "spray-and-go." We chose the full clean-up, which we thought was very reasonably priced. The day of the service, Nate watered down the perimeter of the house to protect surrounding plants, moved my outdoor furniture to keep it away from the cleaning solution, and sprayed away much of the debris after the job was over. The roof came out great and he said it should be lichen-free for approximately 5 years!

Nathan was very responsive. The first day he was scheduled to do the roof was very windy so just the deck and walkway were done. He came back the next day to do the roof/shingles. I was not able to be there so he took pictures on his phone so I could see the results. He explained that the lichen on the shingles would take a few days to dry up and blow or wash away but all the black streaks and algae was gone.

It went very well. He came out as promised and he did a great job removing all the alien material on the shingles of the roof. He also was helpful answering questions about the how and why things (lichens) got on the roof in the first place.

One of the best companies I ever had the pleasure working with. Our roof was completely black with mold, and after a few months it looked completely brand new! We highly recommend them, not only because they were local, but because they truly cared about the job and taking care of us, showed up early, and were highly knowledgeable with what they did and how they did it.

They did a great job, and it came out exactly as they said it would. Moss and mold does die immediately, but It does take a while (like a few months) for everything to wash/weather off. A few months later, it looks as clean as the photos and provider claimed. My only complaint was a bit of overspray (or not enough protection) which partially browned some plantings, but hopefully they'll come in again this spring. Generally, very pleased. Note, the date is approximate. It was sometime late summer/early fall.

What a transformation!  Before our roof was cleaned, most of it was covered with a thick layer of moss.  After it was cleaned, the roof looked new.  They did a really good job.   They were also professional, friendly and informative.  I highly recommend their services.
