"3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier. Never gave any problems with contract, and extras that where performed. Treated fairly for extra's. Contract was replacing under-structure of 200 year old building, as well as preserving historical aspect of building. Project included ripping out of old floors and beams. Install new laminate beams, jacking of home, installing new beams, with new sub-flooring. Installation and finish of new oak flooring. Sanding and finishing of existing floors throughout. Rebuilding and installing new closet. Painting, papering and sheet rock work. I was a electrical contractor specializing on service to customers, for 36 years. Sold business 8 years early to retire. Lost contacts with all my ties. Was skeptical on hiring contractor. However was very pleased working with Zachary and his crew. Would recommend highly. Plan on using for future projects"
