I originally quoted to put a 2nd layer put on my roof, which Brian promptly quoted, I felt uncomfortable not knowing the condition of my roof underneath. I asked him to requote with stripping off the old roof and received a 2nd quote within 24 hrs. He also put on a chimney cap saving me the headache of putting one on myself. Would recommend him to anyone.

Very quick to respond. Honest. I had a leak from an AC unit that was causing the damage - not a roof issue. Brian determined the problem and fixed the problem. 15 minutes. Didn't charge me but asked me to keep them in mind for a roof job in the future. I absolutely will! I appreciate honesty.

Brian came out the same day I contacted him. Looked at what needed to be done and gave me a quote. Called him the next week to set up a time when he could come over and fix what needed to be done and he was there within two days and came and finished everything in two hours. In doing Spring yard cleanup, I noticed some random shingles in the bed beside my 100 year old Hartford West End house. After looking at Home Advisor, I called Brian, telling him it wasnâ t an emergency. He kindly said heâ d drop by on his way home from finishing a job. He was at my house about two hours later. He and his co-worker managed to figure out how to find where the missing shingles came from â on the very top of the three story house â and replace them! He did all that for a modest price. At the same time he and his co-worker were very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them.

We noticed a leak after horrendous rain around our chimney. We thought it was a chimney issue turned out it s a roofing issue. Weatherproof came out gave us estimate started working in couple of days. This is happened in November, now this is January after multiple rains no leaks. Great job! Had to leave exterior hole between subfloors until plumber could complete some repairs. Left removed vinyl siding in order it had to be re-installed. Left siding key and detailed instructions on how to complete if we wanted to finish ourselves. (Our choice) Great service!

Binette is customer focused, does excellent work and provides sound advice. The job at my home was more than just repairing siding. Binette had to remove all of the exterior wood under the front entrance and a section of the sill plate to repair all the rotted wood. The original stoop is concrete and required the top to be removed below the foundation for access and to complete the work. The top was rebuilt with pressure treated wood. At my request, he also replaced the entry and storm doors.
