This contactor was extremely knowledgeable on tree care. Their price was affordable and the lowest of my 3 quotes. Staff were great at their trade, they did an excellent job, they cleaned up and were gone, service crew were also friendly and answered all my questons. Also, customer service was professional and excellent follow-up in returning communicaions.

Sales guy did a great job to define and price the work and he absolutely knew what he was talking about Unfortunately, his work team didn't seem to have the same level of quality While they did a decent job, they didn't do the job we spec'd out. As such, the sales guy had the team come back several months later to make it right In the end, I was relatively pleased with the job but it never ended out as good as the vision that the sales guy painted I don't know if my expectations were too high or the work just wasn't performed as well as it could have been.

This is a difficult project to rate. A storm raged through the surrounding countryside and downed and topped hundreds of trees in my neighborhood. I finally got SavATree to come out and give an estimate, which I thought was a lot higher than tree work that I had done in 2007. With no other company providing estimates, I had to go with this company. I felt they were taking advantage of the storm damage. That said, the actual work, which happened 3 months after the quote (e, was very professional and well done. I would have liked an update (voicemail or email) about when the work would be performed every 2-3 weeks.

He didn't even have a license, or do the work himself.. he stated to me.'That the man he uses cost $500.00 just to get out of bed". I didn't want more then a branch or two taken off that was broken, nothing thicker then my wrist and they hang off another branch. Besides if I wanted "his recommendation", instead of using yours..(which I assumed were check out, licensed etc first), I could have searched myself. This guy came with a tractor and drove all over my lawn after I told him no rider mowers on the phone. He cut the grass down to brown roots instead of 4" as I asked. NO, I wouldn't recommend him, he isn't the one cutting trees.
