"No complaints. The Technician was professional and completed the tasks in a professional manner. I used an Angies list coupon for one of the jobs and it was a fair price. The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."

"There were three reasons I hired Sound Electric. Jeremy was on time for appointments. He took time (off the clock) to discuss the project and come up with solutions, particularly with a basement/home theater remodel that I will report on when that project is complete. And most of all, he loves his job. He is an electrical systems geek. That is who I want working on my project. He is not the guy who just wants to get in and out in a hurry without a care. He really wants to make sure he gets the job done right. He fought through numerous bureaucratic snafus at the local permit department, one of them saving us $10,000 in relocation charges. When he was done, it was the cleanest panel job I had ever seen. You might ask if that kind of service is going to cost a premium.
