"When Durham Fence came out, they not only fixed the two areas we had discussed, but on their own initiative even went above and beyond and repaired at no extra charge another section that had been mildly damaged (using some salvageable materials from the other part of the fence). The fence looks great. You would never know it had been damaged and repaired! The men who came to work on the fence were polite and efficient and competent. We are very satisfied with the work done."

"It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) I have already called them to request my bag be emptied on Friday, and they have me on the schedule! I can't believe the customer service is so great! This is not a regular dumpster company. I have a dumpster delivered last summer and they gouged my driveway. What a nightmare it was to get them to pay for the driveway to be fixed. NEVER AGAIN! It's BullBag only for our future needs."

"TJ did an excellent job doing some repairs in my house. He repaired some bathroom tub spouts and an interior garage door. He worked very hard on the spouts as they seemed to be cemented in. A lot of chiseling was required and took much longer than expected. Finished work was great. He repaired the garage with ease even though other contractors said the whole frame would have to be replaced. Kudos to TJ. Really enjoyed talking with him and will use him in the future for more home projects"

"I have had a persistent roof leak in my room in tricky location where there is a jut out and a roof line meets into the siding. There was an ant infestation and some rot. I had paid someone $300 a couple of years ago to fix the roof and it still had leaked. I had taken the time to get a couple of other estimates and went with Nanfito Roofing. Although more expensive, my decision was based on the fact that I received a thorough explanation from Joseph (the sales rep) of what repairs were needed which included replacing 4 ft of shingles, adding new snow and water barrier as well as adding new step flashing. Not wanting to have to do this repair again, and having already thrown money at the problem, convinced me that extra effort was needed in this case. Efforts were made to also match the existing shingles (fortunately, I had held on to the packaging when when had it done and the company that made the shingles was still in business) So far so good. Checked after a recent rain storm and the area looked dry."

He was always on time and the project was completed as promised and right on schedule. It was a difficult remodel and repair of an aging Walpole cedar fence, but he and his experienced team were up to the challenge and the results are simply beautiful. "Quick to respond to the estimate request and also to complete the job. Had several unique concrete requests that they agreed to do, but there were not done quite as well as verbally agreed-to AND not totally completed, either. I had to buy a bag of Quickrete to fix the worse places and really should have bought 4 to complete it all to get it as was originally agreed-to. Cutting the grass near the fence will not now be as easy as I had planned - with the verbally agreed to stuff. Gate does not fully open because of bracket interferences and some adjustments could have avoided this. I made them, but now need to repaint the newly exposed surfaces. Price was a more than others, which I had justified because I expected a 100% job. The incomplete concrete work leaves us with some added dissatisfaction, but still feel we did OK with our choice of contractors."

"The painter did not retape but went over the section with paint. The ceiling looked great, the walls meh there were a couple nail holes and one empty nail that were painted over not repaired as per the deal. I was left a message that the quality of my paint was the issue. That may be partly true but painting over instead of doing repairs which were to be included in the deal was not ok. The ceiling was painted free since the painter didn't like how it looked. I guess it was worth the price but I think I could have done the same thing myself.
