"I called Rockland Fence to install a fence in my backyard. Matt came out quickly after I reached out. I had a very specific vision and several aspects would require customization. I wanted horizontal layout, with parts double boarded, I wanted a reddish finish on the wood, and a gate that wouldn't be too heavy. Matt listened to everything. He was professional, responsive, open to my ideas, and really wanted to understand my vision and make sure I was happy at the end. He was super helpful in selecting the best wood for the project, problem solving when I insisted on not losing trees, etc. When the project started, Matt remained in close contact with me, checking in pretty regularly, and coming by when I had a concern or question, and figuring out a solution we agreed on. Pete and Ed installed the fence. They were stellar! Friendly, polite, super helpful, and always professional. They showed up every day at the same time, and worked hard throughout. They took their time when it was needed to ensure I was happy - they seemed to really care that I was getting what I wanted, and were responsive to my questions/comments. The quality/craftsmanship was top notch (and believe me, I'm not easy to please!). My only complaint was how long it took to get started. I first met with Matt in June 2020, we agreed on a mid-August project completion, yet the project didn't start until October 5, 2020. Some of the delay was due to lumbar delay given COVID, so out of Matt's hands. Still, it was disappointing. In the end though, I'm THRILLED with the beautiful fence they built! Overall, it was a great experience! I highly recommend this team! They are TOP NOTCH PROS!"

"I worked with Rick at Durham Fence Company. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had doing any kind of home improvement project. Rick promptly responded to all phone calls and almost always answered his phone. We had installed a new in ground pool and had to coordinate the concrete, landscape, top soil, and sod along with having a new fence put in. Coordinating all of that felt like a full time job at times. Rick was very flexible and it was never a problem when I had to call him at least five times to push back the install date due to the delays of the other contractors. I called 6 fence companies, only 3 returned my call. (A MONTH after my phone call a fourth did actually call me back). While Rick was not the cheapest, he most certainly was not the most expensive. His crew came on time, when they said they would, and worked full days until the job was done. I highly recommend Durham Fence Company to anyone."

"It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) I have already called them to request my bag be emptied on Friday, and they have me on the schedule! I can't believe the customer service is so great! This is not a regular dumpster company. I have a dumpster delivered last summer and they gouged my driveway. What a nightmare it was to get them to pay for the driveway to be fixed. NEVER AGAIN! It's BullBag only for our future needs."
