"I do not recommend this contractor. I recently bought a house in Ridgefield ct, so I hired this company to paint several rooms in the house. And because I didn't move yet, so they work unsupervised. They didn't know I had surveillance cameras all over. So I noticed this: THE BAD I capture unprofessional behavior. first, the painters went to rooms they were not supposed to enter, then they use my ladder without my authorization, and lastly, one of them smoked in my balcony. (when I confront the contractor, he said that if they smoke outside is not a problem....fire hello!! I was about to terminate the contract, but they were close to finishing the job) Most of it was of good quality regarding the painting, but they did not deliver the same quality in one room (my kid's room). I was even able to see the prior paint color. When I show this to the manager in the final walk, he said they already used three layers of paint, and to get it right, and it will cost me extra. I don't care how many layers they use; what I need is a good job! THE GOOD they booked me fast, and the price was reasonable. So, in conclusion, If you are not going to be in the property when working, be vigilant. And also, be prepared to pay more if you want a great job. I am definitely not hiring them again."

They pulled down the pre-existing wood shingle siding that was rotted and installed new Siding on the home. When the siding first went up there was a defect that we all couldn't understand. We thought that it wasn't okay to leave it up but tried to see if the warmer weather would cause it to unbuckle. JJP stood by their words even months after the siding had been installed and came back to make the necessary fixes.
