"Good experience. Phil was great. Very thorough and was able to schedule us in where it worked best for us. We are very grateful for that. Only thing was that when they came out to do the work, they stuck to the work order to the T even though upon removing some rotten wood, we saw that we may need additional work behind it to properly complete the repair we needed done. I would have appreciated being made aware of that and consulted before just going ahead and putting fresh wood over a hidden problem. I was only notified about this because another handyman at the house sent me a picture of it. Also, there was debris left in the gutter from the roof work and I had to ask them to check and clean it out. Our downspouts go underground and that could have been a big issue down the line if I hadn't caught that as well. For the price, they were good. But maybe don't walk away for the day."

In addition to their building skills, it's notable that you can always get in contact with them: their receptionist is unfailingly polite and helpful, and if you give them a call anytime someone will either answer the phone immediately or else get back to you in minutes.
