"One of the best contractor experiences in years. Questions answered to my satisfaction prior to the signing of contract. Fair, competitive price with a time completion commitment. Tom(owner) and Herman showed up at my house at 8:30 on the hottest day of the summer. The install was very difficult, with limited space. There was a construction glitch, my fault which they repaired, adding a couple of hours to the install. They never complained in spite of working in the direct sun.
