"Empire was amazing - we needed to replace/cover flooring in a room with crumbling tiles and grout. The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! We will absolutely be calling Empire again when we need other carpeting or flooring!"

I got a estimate from TLC Flooring, I talked to Mr.Marteen Hanania who gave the estimate we talked about the job,what needed to be done and how long it would take. I am not normally comfortable with people I don't know ow in my house but Marteen and his crew made me feel at ease,comfortable. Ok back to it. Martin and his crew were friendly informative professional They finished the job early and the job defied my expectation walls floor ceiling were remodeled beyong my expectation.
