"I can't stop raving about Marcos, Lisa and the wonderful crew at Reis Wood Floors LLC! They literally saved my hard wood floors--and my sanity--and I am absolutely thrilled by the stunning results. The first company we originally hired to refinish our floors ended up destroying them. They didn't sand properly and the horrible stain job made my floors look like a Jackson Pollock painting. I cried my eyes out. But then I came across Reis, and although I was nervous about my first bad experience, Lisa reassured me that Marcos would fix it. OMG--Was she right!! Marcos came over and immediately knew what was wrong. He showed up a few days later with a six-man crew and spend 1.5 days sanding my entire house until my 100-year-old floors looked brand new. "James Thompson and his crew did a great job. They had to first remove the rug on the stairs to the second floor as well as fix one of the stairs under the rug. The stairs had to be sanded and at the same time they installed hardwood flooring in my entire upstairs hallway. The 3 coats of polyurethane had to be applied to the stairs over those 3 days and looks great now. I am very happy with his work and his price was very fair."
