"Simon was very trustworthy and reliable. He called right away after I contacted Angi and set up an appointment the next day to diagnose and repair my mom‘s washing machine. His charge was very reasonable and he spent several hours then determined the machine was not repairable due to clothes being stuck in the agitator and the agitator cap couldn’t be removed. He replaced it with an almost new whirlpool washer at a very reasonable cost, and came back for a hose extension when he said he would and everything ended up perfectly. I would highly recommend him."

They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
