"When I called late on a Sunday night I received a call back and was told the service is 24/7. We set up an appointment for inspection and cleaning of the chimney. The worker arrived and did a quick inspection and said the chimney did not need to be cleaned and was in good condition and he would not feel right charging the $100 fee and we should just give him a good review. Exceptional honesty and professionalism and we will certainly plan to use the service in the future."

"They came a couple weeks ago for a quote. They were the only people that were willing to look at our chimney inside. They wrote the quote up right there for rebuilding and doing some work inside the attic on the chimney. They were very timely and very polite, they kept me updated with everything going on and informed me of a few things that needed to get done such as a liner and showed me the issues. They said they could do it the next day since they were coming back to finish the rest of the job. I told them that morning it wasn’t in our budget but before the fall we would like it done. They cleaned everything up and their attention to detail was great. They made sure no nails were around and picked up a lot of the debris.
