"I do not recommend this contractor. I recently bought a house in Ridgefield ct, so I hired this company to paint several rooms in the house. And because I didn't move yet, so they work unsupervised. They didn't know I had surveillance cameras all over. So I noticed this: THE BAD I capture unprofessional behavior. first, the painters went to rooms they were not supposed to enter, then they use my ladder without my authorization, and lastly, one of them smoked in my balcony. (when I confront the contractor, he said that if they smoke outside is not a problem....fire hello!! I was about to terminate the contract, but they were close to finishing the job) Most of it was of good quality regarding the painting, but they did not deliver the same quality in one room (my kid's room). I was even able to see the prior paint color. When I show this to the manager in the final walk, he said they already used three layers of paint, and to get it right, and it will cost me extra. I don't care how many layers they use; what I need is a good job! THE GOOD they booked me fast, and the price was reasonable. So, in conclusion, If you are not going to be in the property when working, be vigilant. And also, be prepared to pay more if you want a great job. I am definitely not hiring them again."

"We hired Jacob and his team at Pro Painters of Watertown, CT., to power wash, stain our deck and to replace rotted deck boards and split rails as a part of the scope of service agreement. I provided Pro Painters an initial deposit. Jacob and his team in our opinion only completed a portion of the work given that we would not provide additional funding beyond the agreement. Jacob asked for significant more funding beyond what was outlined in the services agreement even though he estimated the job scope prior to starting. The work Jacob and his team completed lacks the quality and workmanship that one would expect from an Angi Award Wining Contractor. In our opinion, we were left with significant amount of clean-up of our swimming pool in which the previous deck stain peelings clouded the pool water with debris and the pool cover, and debris in our fencing. In addition, removed deck boards were left on the job site and not removed from our property. We are very disappointed with Jacob and Pro Painters of Watertown, and Angi.
