My roof was seriously damaged after the Aug 4, 2020 storm dropped a 60 foot tree on my house! Once they opened the roof, the work doubled as the team worked 11 hour days to replace 2 cracked support beams, 50+ splintered rafters and 20+ pieces of plywood before they could even start to install new shingles. In spite of the damage, that was much worse than anyone expected, Henry handled everything like a true pro. He assessed what needed to be done and got the supplies he needed delivered that day. His team worked incredibly hard. I was provided with pictures to support my insurance claim. Connecticut Masonry & Waterproofing, LLC took care of it all - the main roof, the garage roof, the roof repair, the chimney repair, the gutters and downspouts, even the damaged siding. The clean up was done so meticulously, at the end of the project, my property was 100% cleared of any debris, remnants and stray nails. "A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."
