We called Joe in the morning and he was able to come that very afternoon. He installed the toe kick heater as well as did a couple of GFCI's that were also needed. He kept in contact with us throughout the day letting us know the approximate time that he would be able to arrive. Arrived when he said he would be here and completed the project in a reasonable amount of time, was very informative and knowledgeable about everything and was priced very reasonably. The templates were pretty easy to draw. The finished pads were delivered in a very short time.
