The technicians who came to my house were friendly and professional, but the real issue lies with their so-called "project manager" Danielle and the rest of the company. The work was incomplete, and when I requested an invoice and pictures, I received the pictures immediately but had to wait days for the invoice. When it finally came, it was clearly doctored?showing work that wasn't completed and pricing that didn?t match what I was told. I had to call them five times to speak with her, who was unhelpful and clearly didn't know how to do her job. The invoice listed charges for installation and chimney caps, which were supposed to be free according to the technicians. I called to ask how a product that has had a number of problems over five years and has hardly been used could need to have such an expensive part replaced. I also waited weeks without any contact whatsoever waiting for this part to come in. This company could care less if you have any kind of problem. DO NOT EVER get involved with them."

I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."
