"Contracted with A1 Pro for chimney/roof repairs to stop water from leaking into the attic based on how Phil explained the work and a fair price. They did the repairs within a week of signing the contract. The next time it rained a small mount of water still leaked into the attic and when I contacted Phil from A1 Pro, he said would take a look and came within two days. He determined possible cause of leak and scheduled the additional repairs very quickly at no additional costs. Phil called after last rain to be sure work prevented water from entering attic, nice touch. "The chimney work took two days (less than I thought) and he did a great job in our price range! I was impressed that he gave us several options on what could be done. He worked fast (I wish I had half his energy) and knew what he was doing. He was respectful of my time and showed up within minutes of when he said he would, got to work and stayed with it to get as much done during the day as he could.
