My wife and I purchased a 5 acre parcel in Caroline County Maryland. A short time after our purchase of our property I spent multiple days and endless hours making phone calls to find an independent contractor to come in and fully clear my lot of all trees, debris and vegetation, where my wife and I could finally build our dream home. On or about the fourth day a gentleman who lived close by the property that I had purchased stopped in. I’m guessing in to welcome us to the community.
