"Lance was great. Everything that was installed works great. His professionalism was above and beyond the other schmucks I've had work on my house. He was punctual, he was at my house when he said and finished the work when he said he would. His communication was great, he kept me involved the entire time. Once the work was completed he followed up multiple times to make sure everything was working correctly, he was happy to come out and fix anything that I felt was not up to par. He was very reasonable with his pricing, was very easy to negotiate with, I had a budget and he was very willing to work within that budget."
