"I can't stop raving about Marcos, Lisa and the wonderful crew at Reis Wood Floors LLC! They literally saved my hard wood floors--and my sanity--and I am absolutely thrilled by the stunning results. The first company we originally hired to refinish our floors ended up destroying them. They didn't sand properly and the horrible stain job made my floors look like a Jackson Pollock painting. I cried my eyes out. But then I came across Reis, and although I was nervous about my first bad experience, Lisa reassured me that Marcos would fix it. OMG--Was she right!! Marcos came over and immediately knew what was wrong. He showed up a few days later with a six-man crew and spend 1.5 days sanding my entire house until my 100-year-old floors looked brand new. We met the next day to review stains. (We chose Provincial), and by the late afternoon my floors looked glorious and new!!!! It was unbelievable! I couldn't stop smiling! I can't tell you how much I love and trust this company. They were such professionals from beginning to end. They showed up on time every day, worked super hard, cleaned up after themselves, and locked up. Lisa was so quick to respond and helped with everything from stain advice to payment options. She really cares and wants her clients to be happy. Marcos is such a lovely person. He's super talented and knows his trade. He's truly a master craftsman. I highly and without any reservation recommend Reis to anyone who wants to restore their hardwood floors! I want to mention that we had two massive pet stains (left by the previous owners) by the entrance and in the dining room. but Marcos sanded them away brilliantly. There's no sign they were ever there. This company is so honest and fairly priced. Marcos didn't charge me extra for anything! They detailed all costs (we chose the more expensive Bona water based poly)--and I am one extremely happy and satisfied customer! I would give them 10 stars if I could! Communication was a breeze. Both Lisa and Marcos were available by text or cell and were quick to respond. Thank you so much Reis for restoring my faith in honest professionals like YOU! I can't wait to move in and admire my beautiful floors. I still can't believe these are MY floors! xoxo"

"Nelson did a wonderful job cleaning, polishing, and sealing my granite countertops. He was very professional and took the time to explain what he was doing, and the materials that he was using. He told me how to take care of them doing my own cleaning. He was very careful with my appliances in my wood floors. Before he left, he cleaned up everything and spent several minutes shining up everything all over again! I would certainly recommend his company to anyone who wants a similar job done."

"These guys are the greatest! They saved us a lot of money! We had a dumpster before the bullbag and for 3 tons of material and a week rental of the dumpster it cost us $486! "Pacific Stone did a nice job. Person in charge of scheduling measurements and installation was pleasant and courteous. Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."
