"From start to finish with my project Gary and his team were helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. Gary considered all of my heating/ac/humidity concerns, took full measurements of my condo, system and energy calculations, and recommended three good options of Bryant electric split heat pump systems. I ended up choosing the most efficient top of the line model as I was replacing a 25+ year old unit. I felt that the price was fair and even if I could have found a slightly lower price, I was very comfortable hiring Pelletier based on Gary’s initial follow-up, professionalism and thoroughness when quoting my job. Upon evaluating my AC he said I didnâ t need a repair or replacement but instead I needed to keep the AC at a consistent temp & keep window units on upstairs to supplement a system not designed to cool the whole house. I paid $133 for his service trip and that was all."
