We found Herpetological and Chuck got in contact with us almost instantly - super respectful, knowledgeable, and nice guy. We told him the situation, he said he had some ideas, and he was at our place within the hour. Not only did he set up traps where we knew the mice were, he took a look around our condo, inside and out, to try to figure out how/where they were getting in and come up with a plan for prevention. Chuck was very responsive after his visit as well and was happy to follow up with us. His prices were also really reasonable. Would recommend his services to anyone!"

The owner Lance went into our attic and did a full inspection of the area as well as a full inspection of the outside house and roof. He did an excellent job of making sure there was no way that any animal was getting in through the attic and that there was no gaps on the outside roof where they could be getting in. The noise was a one time deal and we never heard it again, but it was extremely comforting knowing that he came out and inspected to make sure that it wouldn't happen again.
