I have used Art for both interior and exterior window cleaning & cannot recommend him highly enough. He is dependable, efficient, honest and hard working. I am amazed at what a difference having clean windows makes and I will hire him every year.

Art did a great job, he was able to get the silicone residue that was on my new vinyl replacement windows when they were installed off. I had tried several times and was unsuccessful. He was professional, neat, on time, and reasonably priced. My windows look fabulous!

Art does a great job. Not only are the windows spotless, but he's careful and neat around the house. He also never failed to return a call or e-mail when we were first discussing the job and setting up the appointment.

Art did a fabulous job washing my windows, window sills and all the screens.  When he finished, the windows did not even look like they were there!  He washed all my window screens, and put them in the basement for the winter.  Art is totally organized and does not waste any time.  He moves along quickly, but nothing is left undone!  Even my very gross garage windows!

I would definite recommend Art, and will be calling him again in the future!  He is a master of what he does!

Excellent work!  My wife, who was opposed to my engaging Art,  was absolutely delighted with how clean every window was.  We will use him twice a year now.

I actually had a lower estimate for the job, but I decided to hire Art because I liked his work ethic and professionalism.

Art was fantastic! For both the estimate and the actual service day he arrived when he said he would. He wore covers on his shoes to keep from tracking things in and out of the house. Art cleaned all the windows and glass doors (inside and out), along with screens, in our house and did a wonderful job! I had no idea how clear our windows actually could be. Before Art cleaned, our windows and tracks were filthy, and he removed all the dirt and grime and kept the surrounding window trim and paint clean while he was doing it. I highly recommend his services!

I would like to amend my previous review for the better. I emailed Art with some concerns over some of the windows that I thought weren't fully cleaned. He called me back within a few hours and came over the next morning to address any issues I had. Since I had just had the windows cleaned on the exterior, he showed me where the problems were with each window (broken seals and other things beyond his control). He even cleaned many doors and big picture windows on the interior for no extra charge. It is clear that Art is very conscientious and wants the client to be satisfied with his work. Mission accomplished! Art was very prompt in responding to my concerns. I would definitely hire Art again and recommend him highly!

Everything went very well. Art was polite, prompt and did a good job on the windows. Since I was out of town when he did the job, he emailed me a problem he had found with one of my doors and sent me pictures as well to show me what the problem was. I would hire Art again!

Art was prompt, very professional, and did an excellent job cleaning the windows and doors in our raised ranch. Our bay window is so clean, we have have had two birds fly into it in the last week. I would definitely recommend Art to anyone.

Art did a fantastic job. On time, confirmed date ahead of time, called before he came. Met the estimate he had provided. Was very careful and I had no clean up to do. Used drop clothes, etc. He took his time and did ALL the work himself. He also identified a few things about the windows - e.g. broken pain and how the window could/couldn't be replaced; one bay window may have seal issues, etc. Helpful in preventing future problems. He also recommended actions I could take to protect my sun room windows in the wintrer. They are large and have no overhang protection from the elements. He is truly an expert in this area.

Art is a pleasure to do business with. He has a great personality and he's not chatty. We have had the windows cleaned before by other contractors and they never looked as good as they do now. Our mud room has jalousie windows, which are not easy to clean and Art made them look brand new. One of the louvre windows fell out years ago and we just taped it to prevent birds from getting in. Art found the window by moving a cabinet and reinstalled it and cleaned the mess the tape left. If you are lucky enough to get on his schedule you will be very pleased with his work.

Art arrived on time. Our windows were very dirty. Art did a really great job.
