Andre was punctual and professional. He was also a CHAMP---just minutes into the job he uncovered a bee's nest and was stung several times (a real risk when up high on a ladder). Rather than take a break, complain or even pack it up to go, he asked for bug spray, sprayed the nest and charged ahead, all with a smile. I cannot say enough good things about this true PRO. Steve, Carol, and their employees were absolutely amazing. We had all of the gutters and downspouts replaced on our house in Wallingford Connecticut. Steve and Carol gave us a very fair price estimate for the requested work. The installation process went very well, and the work was completed as scheduled. I would highly recommend CTGutterPro, as their entire process in working with a residential customer is one that other commercial vendors should try and emulate.

Mike Lanzo was very personable and professional in his proposal for the work that needed to be done. I feel the price was quite reasonable, and have observed the gutters working terrifically during the heavy downpours during the past few weeks. The work was done sooner than the estimated date, and the young men who did the work, John and Andre, were very professional in demeanor. All refuse was removed. I am extremely pleased.

Excellent experience all around. Mike responded quickly to my quote request and provided a number of product options with very competitive pricing. No problem selecting just the services I needed and was quick to respond to questions I posted through his CHAT service on line. Everything was handled in a professional manner. I was kept updated on the status of the project through email with follow up phone calls. The installers were right on time and got the job finished very quickly an professionally. Issue was undersized downspouts resulting in water spilling over gutters and pooling around foundation. Larger downspouts installed around the house. Mesh gutter covers were also installed. Work was done promptly, efficiently and competently. Owner Mike Lanzo is a straight shooter. Especially helpful working with other vets.

It went excellent. The installers were here on time, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The job was completed in the time they said it would. Everything was cleaned up, if it wasn't for the new gutters you wouldn't have known they were here.

Employees are pleasant to interact with and professional. Work was scheduled easily. Quality of the work appears good and employees do more than is required of them, i.e., blowing leaves off the parts of the roof where they often become stuck.

I had gutters installed about three years ago. I have nothing but problems with overflow and water seeping back to inside the wall. I gave CT Gutter Pro a call. The next day Mike came out to inspect my problem. He explain to me the problems the gutter were causing and why. I decided to go with his recommendations The next day his crew showed up on time. Did everything that Mike and i had agreed to. His crew was very professional and informative. At the end of the day they a great job cleaning up. I would highly recommend CT Gutter Pro.
