"I hire Mauricio to remove about 50 bags of leafs from my property. After doing the work it turned out to be 110 bags of leaves. Mauricio never complained or charge me extra from the original price negotiated. Mauricio also made great suggestion and was able to re-do my interior courtyard at a great price. "We had an old deck that needed to be replaced. When the old deck came down we had to do some grading of the soil. Jim worked with us to schedule himself and the tractor work to make this happen. The new deck exceeds our expectations. Jim has great attention to detail and made sure that every part of the deck looked correct and pleasing to the eye. We added string lights and outdoor lights to the project and he was happy to add that as well. It is very hard to find people who are excited about your project and take ownership of it. We found that in Jim and his team! We are SUPER happy and would reccommend Jim to anyone.
