I have no employees, all work is done by myself unless I need assistance with installing paper on ceilings. My work is insured, fully guaranteed and competitively priced, with free measuring and estimates. I submit a complete proposal of all work, material needed, job time. Most jobs are payment upon completion, larger projects would be 1/3 deposit, 1/3 mid- way, balance upon completion.

If that’s the aesthetic you want, then proceed. But if you want a smoother surface, you should either strip off the existing paint and wallpaper or hang a layer of liner paper before proceeding.
