The design packages are priced per room, per shop, per floor area and broken out into a menu of separate design phases. By using 3D BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology, proprietary internal design processes, focusing on the customer, and leveraging our industry experience, Sixthirty re-conceives architecture as an affordable catalog of professional services with design, documentation, and project assistance packages.

He even had to ask me for a dustpan and brush. I found bits of broken glass everywhere for weeks. The installer had to enlarge the existing space for the oven and did a very sloppy job leaving an inch wide gap between the oven trim and the wallboard. They charged me an extra $150 for the three minutes of work it took to enlarge the opening. Total ripoff. Don’t use Silver Gates. And don’t use Home Depot “recommended contractors” for appliance installation. Also don’t pay Home Depot to pick up your old appliance either. They charged me $25 to pick up the old appliance but nobody ever showed up despite several complaints. Ended up paying Paine’s to haul it away."
