"In both 2014 and 2013, the Owner was extremely flexible in working around my schedule and he and his foreman frequently were present during the day to oversee and make sure workers had materials, were doing work as agreed upon, etc. 
Company's motto - is we do quality work and if there is a problem, we will do it until it is right - and they did!  The plaster walls did not absorb the paint like wallboard does, and consequently they gave some rooms 4-5 coats until there was uniform coverage - at no extra cost.  Any issues I raised were handled by the management without objections, promptly and courteously. The estimate prices were fair and there were no surprise additional charges, etc. tacked on.
Workers were courteous, pleasant, helpful, neat and cleaned up after themselves. They arrived on agreed upon days and worked from 7 or 7:30 AM until 5:30-6:00 PM.  Automatically they taped and covered with plastic, the kitchen cabinets, panelling, etc.  They readily and carefully moved furniture as needed. They removed most of the few paint spots they made and also cleaned up some of the old paint on the woodwork that had been left behind by the previous painters years ago.
While they do not wash walls (we did that ourselves prior to painting), they did sand the walls. They did a good job patching holes, etc. and if an occasional spot was not to my liking, they readily redid it without any objection. 
As it turned out, this was not an easy job for the painters.  I was very pleased overall and would readily hire this company again.

"outstanding job. not easy to find a company that does small jobs, got an estimate within 2 days, job performed 2 days later. had a partial popcorn ceiling and did not want to have it removed (messy and expensive), these guys blended in a new partial popcorn ceiling and it matched perfectly. "Gilson did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. The house is framed inside with antique barn beams, and he was careful not to get paint on any of them. Reaching the highest point of the cathedral ceiling while avoiding the beams was also a challenge. The wallpaper had been poorly applied so that removal was difficult and time-consuming, but he warned us up front that removal might take extra time. The house looks wonderful.

"It went wonderfully ! On the agreed start day Peter's team arrived early and they set right to prepping this wood clapboard house, removing shutters and screens and setting ladders. Altho I missed him that first day - did I say early? - every day after Peter was either here at the (early) start or stopped by very soon after to check progress, answer questions (few) and provide direction as needed (not often) to the team. All went very well and smoothly, with two notable items: 1 - when the house was all done, all that remained was the back deck, and after we chose three stains to see which color looked best, a team member applied them side by side for our review. One hour later they were done! 2 - two days later I noticed that one downspout had been rehung not parallel to the corner of the house . . . pretty obvious with a direct view from the front. One day after an email to Peter about this and it was corrected perfectly. Not only are we very pleased with the workmanship and how the house looks, but we are looking forward to welcoming the team back for some interior work in 2018."

"Al Gallo is the best! I am new to the area and found his ad on the Olympic Diner placemat! We needed our bathroom painted and a large entrance wall. Originally there was horrible wallpaper on the walls which we removed ourselves. However, the glue that was behind the wallpaper would not budge! I called Al and he came over the same evening (on time) and looked at my walls. I immediately knew that he was the guy for this job. He knew exactly what needed to be done and didn't try to sell me on anything extra. Also being I am about burst at the seams with a new baby, I needed this done asap. Al worked with me on getting a quick estimate which was very reasonable and I scheduled immediately! Originally it was going to be a 3 day job and it turned out to be only 2! I had given him some paint swatches I got from Home Depot and he bought the paint and everything. The walls were smooth and you'd never know there was wallpaper there before! It's like I have a brand new bathroom!! I definitely want to do more work around the house and Al is going to be the first one that I call. "James and his crew were very professional in all aspects of their work. The foyer and hallways involved changing color of the chair rail molding, crown molding and doors. Multiple coats of paint (as well as primer) were required. All of the ceilings had been sand coated which we wanted removed. This was a massive effort involving sanding, applying compound, primer, and then paint. It came out looking fantastic. The crew provided some woodwork repair along the way as well. The crew was hard working and produced high quality work and cleaned up prior to leaving every day."
