First they told me that the labor didn't include the tools (eg blower etc) but when I told them I confirmed with the office person in advance this was included they brought their tools out. Don't know what the purpose of this move was. Overall the service was great, the two people they sent worked very hard (it was a hot day, very hot) and did a great job but I noticed towards the end of the job about 30 mins before they were already winding down as they also needed to cleanup.
