"My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."

By releasing the dye close to possible trouble areas—like around the seal of the skimmer—you can narrow down the potential crack. However, it's best to call a professional pool repair team near you if an initial patch does not keep your water level from lowering.

Pool leaks most commonly occur around the joints of your pool, such as around the skimmer, return line entrance, main drain, or the lining of the floor tile. Tears are also common in vinyl liners between five and 20 years after installation. While leaks in pool piping are common, it does happen, and so they should be tested after you've ruled out other possibilities.

If the pump isn’t primed and tries to run when it’s dry, the components will overheat which can cause the pump to seize up and can even damage the PVC pipes that carry the water into and out of it.
