"I bought the Big Deal for transfer switch. He actually gave me an upgrade to "10 circuit" for "being patient". I liked the brand "Reliance" since it was the exact same one I had picked myself on amazon.
I had trouble getting a hold of him initially - later found apparently a family issue. But anyway, whats important is the work done. And his assistant who did the job did a thorough job and was patient. Everything setup, tested with generator. He also fixed a couple other small issues in my house without asking for anything extra.
