I was advised that I did not need to be home when the services were performed which was a big mistake on my part. His ad states that he personally performs the services and sponges each window by hand and then squeegees off each window. He told me he had been to the site prior to the date...
Painting: Yankee Painting was sent to do the job. The owner Jim came out and said he would first send his son Mike to power wash the deck and I actually had him wash the whole building. That went well. Then Mike showed up to do the painting, admitting to me that he had NEVER painted anything...
