They came right out for the estimate, Ana and Humberto were very friendly and wanted to assure me that wed really be happy with our floors, and we are. "John and his crew did an excellent job prepping and painting the exterior of our house and garage -- both 2-story buildings. They came one day and power washed everything. Very thorough job! Then they came back a few days later and sanded and sanded -- much more than we thought they would. They pointed out anything that needed to be replaced and offered to replace them if we wanted. They primed a whole lot more than we thought they would which was great. Then the paint and the trim paint. Great job!! Thanks John, Kelly, and Brian!"

Historical home required rotten wood replacement ? numerous locations around the house require replacement or repair of external wood siding, trim work - excellent workmanship very happy with work performed.
External Paint sanding (prep) ? wet sanding of the home went quickly and very clean - superb workmanship very happy with work
External Paint tape (prep)- this is where the project was very slow and time seem to take forever to complete ? 2 weeks of taping .
External Paint ? primer coat - excellent workmanship very happy 1 day
External Paint ? base color 2 coats - excellent workmanship took too long to complete- 8 days
External Paint ? trim color - excellent workmanship took too long to complete- 5 days
If you are not looking to get house done quickly 1-2 weeks then these are the guys for you excellent work but slow

"The north side of my house doesn't get sun and was caked with mold. Alex was able to get rid of all the green mold. This was no routine job. There was all kinds of obstacles like bushes and trees as well as having to navigate a very steep garage roof to power wash the second floor. The house is sparkling like new.
