Mike arrived within an hour of my request and cleaned the gutters that were stopped up and allowing water to overflow. It was cold, so he had to pour boiling water through the elbows to loosen the stoppages.

Michael Wood was very professional and polite from start to finish. I called after an ice dam dislodged our gutters and was eager to have the work done before another impending storm would strike. Micheal followed through quickly with an estimate, replied immediately to questions we had about the potential work and had a team here on time before the next storm. His team was also professional, timely and cleaned up all work. Finally, the work completed was less extensive than was projected and the amount of the estimate was lowered in accordance. I was so impressed that the team simply did not do the original work or claim that they did in order to bill me at full estimate. They might have done so since I cannot see up on the third level to see the work done. And, Wood & Wood came in with a lower estimate than other companies from the start. Very impressed! It is hard to find competent, ethical service providers. Here are some! They will certainly be our new gutter cleaners/repairers and I enthusiastically recommend them.

Friendly fast and efficient. Responsiveness and guidance as I had you replace parts not an entire gutter system.

They showed up on time and performed the job extremely fast. However, they left some mess behind from the gunk of the old gutters. The owner apologized and cleaned the mess the following day. Also, the gutters were not tested. So when water collected in them, one of the corners was leaking. Again, they fixed it promptly. I believe they provide a quality product and the folks are competent, but they seem to me to be too much in a hurry on the job without taking time to make sure the job was done properly.

The job went really well. The gutters are beautifully installed, and add a nice finished look to my home. Also, the pooling issues I had have been fully resolved. Very importantly, the only way I knew they were here was by the new gutters; they picked up everything!

Everything went well. I received a call within 24hrs and someone came out to measure within the week. The job was performed within the 2 weeks as promised. The crew showed up early and got to work right away. To do the entire house, it took the guys about 3 hrs. The crew was quick, efficient, professional and cleaned up at the end. They did a great job. The new gutters and downspouts look great.

Very well. They were professional, did a quality job, and custom-made a curved piece to connect the gutter to my rain barrel.

Terri contacted me extremely quick to setup a date for measuring and a estimate for the job. I like the way the gutters work and the lifetime guarantee of the gutters. The guys came this morning and installation was extremely quick, and they left everything nice and clean when they left. Plus on that!!!

Contractor did exactly what he promised to do, but failed to notify me that rainwater was rotting out a portion of the garage back wall and soffit that was interfacing with the attached wall of the house. A subsequent contractor working on the adjacent house wall identified the problem, and corrected it.

Well. The repairman came on the day scheduled and fixed the problem.
