Problem was handled asap and they even sent manufacturer out right away to repair it. Said they would do it themselves if necessary. Wonderful superb company to work with. You won't be sorry. "Ray arrived at the scheduled appt time and promptly went to work. He was replacing a pane on an old antique door. He was polite, respectful, and listened to my concerns, which he addressed. After removing the glass, he left to go purchase a new pane, and returned quickly, finishing up the job in about 15 more minutes. In all, it took an hour Very professional and knowledgeable, from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this service!"
